Swiss Corn Bake

2 (9 ounce ) packages frozen corn

6 ounce can  evaporated milk

2 Tablespoons chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

dash of pepper

1 egg (beaten)

¾ cup shredded Swiss Cheese

1 Tablespoon melted butter

½ cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup shred Swiss Cheese.

Mix corn, evaporated milk, onion, salt and butter, 1 egg, and ¾ cup Shredded Swiss cheese.  Mix 1 tablespoon melted butter, ½ cup bread crumbs and ¼ cup shredded Swiss cheese.  Put on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  OR…..mix all together in crock-pot and stir occasionally.
